This page explains the practical arrangements for my services, what I may need from you, and how submitted material may be handled.
If you are unsure about anything, please ask before booking.
Prices are displayed alongside each service. Any additional costs will be agreed with you before your booking is confirmed.
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a session. I will confirm the arrangements with you, including the date, duration, location and payment details.
Training is tailored to your experience and goals. Although we may agree a plan beforehand, the session may be adapted as your needs become clearer.
My aim is to help you develop your skills and understanding. No training service can guarantee a particular test or assessment result.
When enquiring about In Car Instructor Training, please tell me:
Before confirming the session, we will agree the meeting point, vehicle arrangements and the focus of the training.
Anyone driving must hold the appropriate licence and insurance, and the vehicle must be suitable and roadworthy.
Safety and pupil welfare always come first. An activity may be adjusted, paused or stopped where necessary.
A full training day includes six hours of training.
Travel and accommodation costs are additional and will be agreed before the booking is confirmed.
Your training priorities, location and any other relevant arrangements will also be agreed before confirmation.
This service involves reviewing your lesson footage and preparing a written feedback report.
The service is charged at £50 per hour of review work, with a minimum booking of two hours.
The minimum booking relates to the time spent watching, analysing and preparing your feedback. It does not mean you need to submit two hours of footage.
Please:
Your written report will normally be supplied within three working days of receiving payment, suitable footage and confirmation of the required permissions, unless otherwise stated.
Footage will be deleted after the review unless retention has been separately agreed.
Follow-up Zoom training can be booked separately.
We will agree the focus of your session so you can receive useful and practical guidance.
Please join on time using:
Your joining link is for your booking only and must not be shared with other people.
Sessions must not be recorded unless everyone involved has agreed beforehand.
If a technical problem on my side prevents the session from taking place, I will arrange an alternative session or refund the undelivered part.
Observation sessions depend on lesson availability and the pupil’s agreement.
Flexible dates or alternative sessions cannot be guaranteed.
There will be a maximum of two observers in the car at any one time.
You must respect the confidentiality of the pupil, instructor and any other observers. Personal or identifying information should not be shared.

If you would like a recording to be made, this must be requested in advance and can only take place with the express prior consent of everyone involved.
The pupil’s learning and welfare remain the priority throughout the lesson.
If the lesson itself is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your observation place while the lesson is still going ahead, the general cancellation conditions on this page will apply.

Fail Focus explores unsuccessful Part 3 tests through a video review, helping you understand the feedback you received and consider what to work on next.

There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum completion time.
Fail Focus is a public educational series.
By submitting a request and confirming the publication-consent option, you agree that the resulting video and extracts may be shared publicly through the Instructor Duke social-media channels identified on the submission form.
Your name can be kept anonymous on request. However, somebody already familiar with the circumstances may still be able to recognise the case.
Please submit material lawfully and respect the privacy of everyone involved.
If you provide audio, video, photographs or other material involving another person, you must obtain the necessary consent and permission from everyone involved, including permission for sharing and any proposed publication.
My feedback may differ from your interpretation of the test.
Fail Focus is intended to support learning. It is not an official reassessment, appeal or guarantee of a future pass.

Recorded Lesson Reviews remain a separate service unless they are expressly included in a future package.
No subscription should be activated until the service details and pricing have been finalised.

Access will be provided through an individual account for personal viewing.
By accessing the library, you agree that you will not:
If misuse is suspected, access may be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.
Confirmed misuse may result in permanent removal of access, subject to your statutory rights.

If you purchase any product or service through Go Green, Go Green’s own service information and terms and conditions apply.
Please book only when you are confident you can attend.
Once a slot has been confirmed, changes or transfers cannot be guaranteed.
If you cancel or do not attend, you may be charged up to the full booking price, limited to the actual loss caused by your cancellation.
Any costs saved, or money recovered by filling the cancelled slot, will be taken into account and the appropriate balance refunded.
If you arrive late, I cannot guarantee that the missed training time will be made up.
If I cancel a service, you will receive a refund for the cancelled service.

These conditions do not affect your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
